I’m Clarissa - and change has been a constant companion in my life.
What has always guided me is the search for balance and a deeper connection with myself - with softness rather than resistance.
I believe that the answers we are looking for already live within us.
Yet in the noise and speed of everyday life, we often stop hearing them.
Practices like Yin Yoga and sound meditation have reminded me how powerful stillness can be — how much wisdom unfolds when we slow down and begin to listen inward.
With The Sound Within, I create spaces for deep rest, presence, and reconnection.
Through Yin Yoga and Sound Baths, I invite you to soften, slow down, and return to yourself.
During a session, I simply hold the space so you don’t have to hold anything - allowing you to rest, breathe, and listen to what is already within you.
What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a meditative sound journey where the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls surround and support you.
You simply lie down and relax while the sounds and frequencies move through your body, guiding you into a state of deep rest.
After a moment of arriving and settling in, the sound takes over.
It helps calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with your inner awareness.
At the end, everything is allowed to softly fade into stillness.
A moment just for you -
to let go, to feel, and to return to yourself.
ABOUT CLARISSA
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative practice that invites stillness, patience, and deep listening.
The postures are held for several minutes, allowing the body to gently release tension while nourishing the deeper connective tissues, joints, and fascia.
Rather than striving or pushing, Yin Yoga encourages softness and mindful presence.
It becomes a space where breath, body, and awareness come together.
In the quiet of each posture, the nervous system can settle and the mind can slow down.
A practice of slowing down -
and reconnecting with yourself.
